After years of experience as a healthcare executive, she saw firsthand the struggles people face when trying to make mindful, nourishing food choices—especially those with dietary restrictions like gluten sensitivities or plant-based preferences.
Driven by her belief that healthy eating should be accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to individual needs, Teresa created Latte Life Cafe. Combining her healthcare expertise with a love for great food, she set out to build a community-focused café that offers delicious, customizable options for everyone.
